Grape diet
It is possible to keep such diet within 3-7 days. Within three days you will only loose excess weight, but within seven days you will clear organism, improve stomach and intestines work.
At three-day diet during the first day it is necessary to eat 500 grams of grapes, during the second - 1500 grams and during the third day - two kilograms. Every day separate all quantity of berries on equal portions and eat each two hours.

The medical seven-day diet should be started with daily starvation. Each of the next six days you should eat 1,5 kg of grapes and drink not less than 1,5 liters of water - usual, not aerated. During diet you should also forget about tea and coffee, snacks, even the most dietary products. Your diet should consist only of grapes.

Caution: during grape diet you can have problems with digestion - because of a grape thin skin. It is rigid and it is badly digested, and consequently two-three days on grapes can lead to locks. To avoid this trouble, try to buy grapes with a thin peel.

Banana diet
Is it is necessary only one bananas. Without restriction! If feel hunger - eat a banana (either 2, or 3, yet do not satisfy hunger).  It is possible to drink only green tea without sugar.
