This diet will help you to get rid from 500 grammes of weight.
8.00 - sandwich: a slice of bread from a flour of a rough grinding, 50 grams of low-fat cheese, one apple.
10.00 - one green apple.
13.00 - roast from 250 grams of pinach, 1 onion, 175 grams of turkeys, 2 apples. 15.00 - one green apple.
17.00 - 250 ml of apple juice.
19.00 - salad from a grated apple and carrots, seasoned with low-fat yoghurt.
