Alicia Silverstone’s diet

This diet is especially recommended to women. Presence of soya proteins in diet helps to struggle successfully with various unpleasant effects of menopause.
So, here is Alicia Silverstone’s three-day diet.

First day
Breakfast: 170 grams of grapefruit juice; full cup of cereals with soya milk.
Dinner: 170 grams of vegetables in the form of a hamburger; a cup of boiled string beans.
Supper: 115 grams of tofu cheese, roasted with a cup of mushrooms and a cup of peas with two cups of boiled rice.
Dessert: two small pies with rice and two 2 tea spoon of your favorite jam.

Second day

Breakfast: two pancakes with fresh berries (strawberry)
Dinner: a cup of boiled beans; one hot boiled corn; a cup of fruit salad.
Supper: two slices of a pizza with cheese; big plate of vegetable salad.
Dessert: two plums, a cup of tea or any fruit juice.

Third day

Breakfast: two slices of bread with a soya-cheese cream.
Dinner: a cup of stewed vegetables, a slice of rye bread.
Supper: two big peppers with rice and corn; a cup of boiled broccoli.
Dessert: a cup of low-fat yoghurt; a strawberry jam and one banana.
