Kefir diet is very rigid, but, the effect is worth of it! this diet will allow to lose 5 kilograms within a week. We will notice that you will have to ear everything without salt, sauces and other taste amplifiers.
1st day - 5 boiled potatoes and 1,5 litres of kefir
2nd day - boiled hen (100 grammes) and 1,5 litres of kefir
3rd day - red dietary meat (100 grammes) and 1,5 litres of kefir
4th day - boiled fish (100 gramme) and 1,5 litres of kefir
5th day - fruits and vegetables (except bananas and grapes) and 1,5 litres of kefir
6th day - 2 litres of kefir
7th day - only mineral water Dont be afraid of last day of diet. If you will follow all rules of diet within all 6 days, 7th day will not be so difficult. The matter is that the less we eat, the less we want to eat. First two days of diet will be the most difficult ones.
