Say goodbye to 5 kilograms in 3 days

This diet is quite extreme!!! It should be used only in emergent situations!
So, we will start.
Breakfast:
One cup of black tea with a tea spoon of honey and lemon juice.
Lunchtime:
During the lunchtime indulge itself with a boiled turkey and any vegetables (no more than 500 grams).
Diner:
Vegetable soup, two boiled eggs, a cup of tea and a small biscuit.
Before you go to bed, you may indulge yourself with a glass of low-fat kefir.
