Spring diet

This diet allows eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. The only caution: a try to avoid bananas and very sweet fruits. We insistently recommend you to drink a lot of mineral water or green tea without sugar.
At purchase of dairy products within the limits of this diet, pay attention to fat content. Optimum fat content should make no more than 1 %, but not more than 3 %.
Breakfast:
200 grams of cottage cheese (125 grams), 2-3 crackers or a toast, a spoon of honey tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch:
1-2 fruits and green vegetables (for example, it can be Bulgarian pepper, cucumbers or cabbage).
Dinner:
A glass of soup without fat (vegetable, beetroot or onion soup). Fast beef, veal or boiled chicken fillet. Garnish - 3 table spoons of green peas and fresh vegetables.
Afternoon snack:
1-2 crackers or a toast, vegetables + 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 200 grams of cottage cheese
Supper:
1-2 fruits, 1 dietary yoghurt.
Before any meal it is necessary to drink 200 ml glass of mineral water.

Juice for weight loss:
1/2 of grapefruit, 2 apples.
You can drink this juice between food receptions in order to satisfy feeling of hunger.
