Traditional diet

1st breakfast: glass of not sweet tea or a cup of black coffee.
2nd breakfast: 40 grams of cheese.
Dinner: boiled egg, 120 grams of meat (boiled), 20 grams of cheese.
Supper: 120 grams of meat. Vegetable salad with vegetable oil.
Before going to bad it is possible to drink the glass of mint tea (to remove a nervous pressure).
In seven days you will loose 3-4 kilograms. If your weight will not still in norm, you may repeat a diet in two weeks.
