Autumn - is a wonderful time. It offers us a lot of vegetables and fruits, full of summer sun. They are especially rich with nutrients, tasty and natural vitamins. At this time year it is very useful to eat vegetative food.
It is necessary to arrange two fruit-vegetable days once a week- during these days it is necessary to say no to meat, fish, dairy products and eggs - then the immunity will better protect us in the winter from flu and other troubles.
